Sunil and Eve are the current owners of Rise Artisan Bakery based in Papamoa. They offer a wide range of artisan breads, savoury and sweet pastries, pies, and barista made coffee.

Sunil and Eve have partnered with Amrit and Chelsea who are already proud locals in the Ōmokoroa community.

Eve remembers enjoying all her family holidays here as a child and the countless hours down at the park and beach and jumping off the wharf.

“Family picnics were my favourite. Our dream is for others to create these same memories and enjoy a selection of our delicious goodies to share with their family. I can imagine it now! A mince and cheese pie, chicken cranberry filled roll, cronut. Oh and a smooth flat white!”
